My therapeutic approach is such that I draw from evidence-based treatments to create a treatment plan that fits your personality and needs. Iā€™m interested in knowing about your interpersonal relationships, your sense of self, and the patterns that exist in your life. I work from an attachment-oriented perspective to help us understand you better. I want to know about what makes you feel connected and purposeful in order to illuminate and allow you to live your most beautiful life.

I believe that talk therapy combined with somatic therapy practices can yield positive, lasting change.

I previously created and established a psychoeducation class on Dialectical Behavior Therapy as well as a Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction group ā€“ I am particularly passionate about these two areas of focus.
